When are items dispatched?
*Order before 12pm (AEST) for same day dispatch. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your order.
Important shipping notes:
Australian deliveries are made by Australia Post. We give authority to leave parcels. If you do not wish for this to occur please make your order with a business or alternate address. Once dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. No refunds are available for shipping costs.
International shipping
Customs or Import Duty Fees may be applicable when your item reaches your country. Please check your local customs for any customs or import fees that may be payable. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc required by your country for importing consumer goods. To retain the integrity of your swimwear and the Azure InnovSwim® Technology leakproof protection gusset:
Prior to use:
Wash prior to first use to help activate the fabric fibres for absorbency.
After wearing:
Rinse your swimwear in cold water after use.
Store your wet swimwear in your Azure Belle neoprene waterproof pouch until you get home.
Wash your swimwear in a delicates garment bag (saves any bra hooks causing pulls on your swimwear) and wash on a cold gentle wash. Do not use fabric softener. Do not soak.
Hang in the shade to dry. Avoid direct sun for colour fading and do not place in clothes dryer.
Ensure a great fit
Ensure you have a super snug fit, no loose areas! Please ensure you keep this in mind when selecting your sizing and first trying on your swimwear.
All ladies swimwear available is in AU sizing. Teen sizing is standard worldwide and generally goes by age (12yr old is size 12) Go by the underwear size your teen normally wears, or if your teen is between sizes, size up (eg; if normally a size 12-14 select a 14). Ensure you have a tight but comfortable fit.
