We want you to be 100% happy with your Azure Belle swimwear. If your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available (in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law):

  • All full price items can be returned for either an exchange, refund or store credit.
  • Warehouse, discounted or sale items can be returned for a store credit or exchange only. No refunds

    Return conditions:

    • Your return must be submitted via our online returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.

    • Your return must be returned to us by post within 7 days of being approved.

    • If you are returning items for a refund please also return the neoprene pouch.
       
    • Item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use with swing tickets and hygiene stickers still attached. We may refuse items if they appear in worn condition.

    • The shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by the customer.

    • Discounted and sale items can only be returned for a store credit or exchange. (Multi purchase of full price Azure briefs are not classified as sale items)

    • My First Period Gift Box: Azure period swimwear brief can be exchanged for size but other gift box contents cannot be returned unless faulty. 

    • Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Gift cards cannot be returned.

    Australia & International Returns

    • Please submit your return request via our online returns portal and follow the prompts.
    • Return shipping is payable by the customer.
    • Once your request has been approved send the item(s) back to us via post within 7 days.

    You will receive an email notification once your return is received by us and processed.

     

    Faulty or wrong product

    If you believe your item is faulty please contact us with details and photographs of the fault and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

    If you received a wrong order or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
