When are items dispatched?
Items are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your order.
Important shipping notes:
Australian deliveries are made by Australia Post. We give authority to leave parcels. If you do not wish for this to occur please make your order with a business or alternate address. Once dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. No refunds are available for shipping costs.
International shipping
Customs or Import Duty Fees may be applicable when your item reaches your country. Please check your local customs for any customs or import fees that may be payable. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc required by your country for importing consumer goods.
